Who Are Those Ghouls?
About the Company
Dead Dolls are the UK's original Rock & Metal-goes-Vintage vocal company.
Founded in 2019 by Katja Macabre, Dead Dolls consists of a rotation of seasoned professional vocalists.
The company performs well loved rock and metal songs with a vintage twist.

Hailing from North London, Dead Dolls’ founder, Katja, moved to Brighton in 2018 to study a BA Hons in vocal performance. Vocalist since the age of 7, she is now a solo artist, session singer and freelance holistic vocal coach, specialising in singing and vocal feminisation.
Katja began her music career as head chorister of her school choir. During this time she performed alongside the West End cast of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, with composer Harvey Brough for Requiem in Blue and in Blue with Voces8. Katja is an avid performer and attended Stagecoach School of Performing Arts for 8 years and was also a member of Candoco Dance Co.’s youth devision Cando2.
Katja has performed at many festivals and venues, including the O2 Islington, The Royal Festival Hall, Saddlers Wells theatre, The Glasgow Tramway, Camp Bestival, The Royal Albert Hall & Brighton’s Concord2. Vocally inspired by Billie Holiday, Nina Simone & Frank Sinatra, Katja is a seasoned professional. She founded Dead Dolls in 2019 in the back of a taxi on the way to a gig, as it merged her love of metal & rock music with the 1950’s.
